  1. ORDER INFORMATION

  • We do not have a minimum order requirement.

  • Once an order is confirmed and paid for, any changes will be treated as a new order.

 

  • Once an order is confirmed and paid for, order cancellation requests due to change of mind or an incorrectly placed order, will be treated as a Change of Mind Return - please refer to our 'Returns' policy for all information.
     

  • Products sold are not for human ingestion or consumption or to be used for any health-related claims. They are for external use only and not for any other intended purpose.

 

  • All orders are must be made via our website or email and no verbal or telephone orders will be accepted to avoid miscommunication and disclosure of personal information.

 

 

  1. PAYMENTS:

  • All orders must be paid for and cleared prior to shipment/delivery.

  • Payments can be made via Credit Card (VISA & Mastercard), Paypal or Bank deposit.

  • No check payments.

  • Contact us if Direct Deposit is your preferred payment for our Bank details information.

 

 

  1. REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

  • Please be informed that we do not accept returns due to hygiene purposes.

 

  1. EXCHANGE:

  • We accept exchange if we had mistakenly sent wrong items. The products must be  unopened and still in its original packaging.
